Some of the most frustrating experiences involving remodel/repair projects include contractors who: 1) are okay with the "it'll do" work ethic, 2) make messes throughout the home, 3) are rude and/or lazy and/or late, and 4) are unwilling to explore and communicate options; plus, unexpected charges and not being able to use the area until the project is complete. We had the good fortune to utilize The Family Group, Inc. for an addition to our home that included a master bath with master closet and a screened in porch. We had our own design in mind and based on that design we worked with Dave and his suggestions and expertise in developing the final layout. The project came in right at the budget figure that was quoted. Dave was on site most everyday to check in and see how things had progressed each day. It has been more than five years now since The Family Group completed that project and we continue to use them for any other maintainence situations that may arise. I am not sure as a homeowner that there was much more that we could ask for in our involvement with The Family Group. If you want the job done right, within budget and have an opportunity to work with great people, then The Family Group, Inc. should be your choice.
